Lisa Elliott brings a powerful combination of leadership, experience, and heart to the North Alabama real estate market. A licensed Realtor since 2018, Lisa is the Team Lead for Elliott Real Estate Solutions and the Owner/Managing Broker of Elliott Real Estate Management. She specializes in residential real estate sales and full-service property management across Huntsville, Madison, Owens Cross Roads, Harvest, Hazel Green, New Market, and Gurley.

After relocating to Huntsville with her now-retired military spouse, Lisa understands firsthand the challenges and excitement that come with frequent moves. As a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), she takes pride in helping fellow military families navigate transitions with confidence and care.

Lisa’s early career in the medical field earned her a reputation for round-the-clock dedication and exceptional service—traits she now brings to every real estate transaction. Steve Elliott brings over three decades of leadership, discipline, and strategic expertise from his distinguished career as a U.S. Air Force Colonel to the world of real estate. After retiring from military service in 2024, Steve joined Elliott Real Estate Solutions—where he plays an integral role in helping clients achieve their real estate goals across North Alabama.

Having relocated 18 times during his military career, Steve deeply understands the complexities and emotional challenges associated with moving, especially for military families. This first-hand experience fuels his passion for guiding clients through seamless relocations, whether across town or across the country. His background in high-level military acquisitions, logistics, and negotiations allows him to offer clients a rare combination of tactical precision and personal empathy throughout every transaction.

Steve is known for his integrity, calm problem-solving skills, and results-driven mindset. He approaches every client relationship with the same commitment and excellence that defined his military service. As an active member of the Huntsville Area Association of Realtors, Alabama Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Steve continues to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethics in the real estate industry.
