I was extremely nervous to buy my first home leveraging virtual technologies and a mail away closing. Lisa took all those fears away! She was extremely responsive to all of my questions, and stayed on top of all the moving pieces as our new construction home was being built. Being out of state and 700 miles away it was great that Lisa sent weekly and sometimes daily updates with photos/video of the home along with reminders of documents and inspections we needed to complete to keep closing on track. Our closing/ final first walk thru was moved around multiple times due to builder issues, and Lisa ensured that each new date allowed for enough time to plan our travel around. Lisa is awesome!!!!
